Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan, line with parchment paper allowing some overhang on the long sides, and then lightly grease the parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.

Immediately lift the hot cake and parchment paper out of the pan. While still hot, start at a short end and roll the cake up with the parchment paper. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.

While the cake is cooling, make the filling. Using an electric mixer, beat the softened cream cheese, softened butter, remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until fluffy and smooth.

Once the cake is completely cool, gently unroll it. Spread the filling in an even layer over the cake, leaving about a one-inch border. Reroll the cake (without the parchment paper), wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Dust with powdered sugar before slicing.
