In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, avocados, jalapeños, tomatoes, red onion, olives, lime juice, and salt. Add the cilantro. Stir gently with a spoon, then taste on a tortilla chip so you'll have an accurate gauge of the salt level. Add more salt and/or lime juice if needed.
