1. Preheat the oven to 475° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or rub with oil.2. On the sheet pan, toss together the steak, onion, garlic powder, chili powder, chipotle chili powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil. If time allows, marinate for 20 to ⏱️ 30 minutes.3. Arrange the corn around the meat. When ready, bake for ⏱️ 10 minutes. Switch the oven to broil. Broil for ⏱️ 2-5 minutes until the meat begins to crisp. Watch closely. Let the meat rest for ⏱️ 10 minutes, then thinly slice and toss with the corn.4. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with salt. Spoon the sauce lightly over the steak. 5. Stuff the steak into warm tortillas. Top as desired with avocado, cheese, cilantro, and additional sauce. Enjoy!
