Sesame Roasted Cauliflower
Cauliflower is such an underrated vegetable but I just love it, especially when it is infused with amazing flavours. This recipe does just that so simply by just adding sesame oil, garlic and tamari. It really is the perfect side or salad topper and works so well with greens or any sort of legume, especially with the added crunch of the sunflower seeds.

📝 Preparation Steps

Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F.

Cut the cauliflower vertically into small florets, discarding the stalk.

Place them in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil, sesame oil and tamari.

Add the crushed garlic, salt and sunflower seeds.

Give it a good mix so that each slice is covered.

Roast in the oven for ⏱️ 35 minutes, taking out halfway to give it a good stir and make sure that all sides get roasted.
