The Korean bbq pulled pork seemed kind of lonely in the bun all by itself and it needed a friend. At first I was thinking of adding some shredded lettuce in a Korean sesame vinaigrette

Mix the cabbage, carrot and green onions in a large bowl.

Mix the mayo, sour cream, rice wine vinegar, honey, ginger, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper in a bowl.
