Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9x13 inch pan. Layer 8 thinly sliced medium red potatoes and 2 cups cooked chopped ham in the pan.

Whisk in ¼ cup all purpose flour until smooth, then gradually whisk in 1½ cups 2% milk and 1 cup heavy cream. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, ⏱️ 3-4 minutes. Stir in 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
