Combine Campari, Aperol, Dry Curacao, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake without ice, 10 to ⏱️ 15 seconds.

Fill shaker with ice and shake until chilled, 10 to ⏱️ 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.

Rich Simple Syrup:

Combine 2 cups sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool. (Makes 2 cups)
