Preheat oven to 400°F. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Butter the center of four large sheets of foil and top each with one piece of salmon, skin-side down.

Combine butter, dill, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl. Spoon butter mixture over salmon, dividing evenly. Top with pepper, corn, and lima beans, dividing evenly. Tightly wrap contents in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake until salmon is just cooked through, 15 to ⏱️ 20 minutes. Garnish with dill.
