Heat a large, 12" cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Melt 1 tablespoon of butter, then add the steaks to sear for ⏱️ 2 minutes, flipping once.

Remove steaks from the skillet and reduce heat to medium.

Saute the onions and mushrooms in the remaining butter until soft.

Add salt, pepper and garlic, stir in flour, and slowly add the bone broth.
