Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Drizzle olive oil on a baking sheet, set aside.In a large bowl combine diced sweet potatoes, seasonings and olive oil.

Toss to combine. Make sure all the potatoes are coated in the oil and seasoning.

Spread out sweet potatoes into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for ⏱️ 15 minutes flip then bake for another ⏱️ 10-15 minutes flipping every ⏱️ 5 minutes or so (this will ensure crispy potatoes)Remove from the oven and let sit for a couple of minutes before serving!
