Preheat the oven to 450°F. Toss together squash and 2 tablespoons oil on two rimmed baking sheets, dividing evenly. Season with kosher salt and pepper. Spread squash in a single layer. Roast until bottoms are crisp and golden brown, 15 to ⏱️ 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil in a large ovenproof skillet. Use scissors to snip the grapes into small clusters. Add grape clusters to skillet. Season with kosher salt and pepper and toss to combine. Transfer skillet to oven and roast until grapes begin to burst and shrivel, 10 to ⏱️ 12 minutes.

Transfer squash and grapes to a serving platter. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with flaky salt. Serve warm.
