These homemade french fries are made with Russet potatoes that are tossed with grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder; then roasted until crispy and golden brown.

Start by preheating the oven to 450 degrees F.

Peel the skins from the potatoes with a vegetable peeler, rinse under cold water; then cut them into 1/2-inch strips and place in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, combine the oil, cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper; then mix until blended. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet; then roast in the oven for ⏱️ 20-25 minutes; turning halfway until the potatoes are light brown and crispy on the outside.

Remove from the oven and serve hot immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
