Roasted Cheesy Bacon Butternut Squash

Peel and cut ends off of the squash. Then slice it down the middle, discard the seeds, and dice it into small cubes.

Slice bacon into small ½" in pieces and transfer to a 10" cast iron skillet with the squash.

Drizzle the oil and sprinkle the seasonings over the top of everything.

Toss it together well with tongs.

Bake at 375°F for ⏱️ 45 minutes.

Top with cheese and let rest ⏱️ 10 minutes before serving.
