Roast Beef Sliders with Brown Gravy

Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F; then follow the steps below.

Make the Gravy

Add the butter to a small saucepan and melt over medium high heat. Add the flour, stir to form a roux; then add the beef broth and gravy master and whisk ⏱️ 2-3 minutes until the gravy has thickened and is smooth. Remove from heat; set aside.

Make the Everything Bagel Topping

Combine the melted butter with the seasoning in a small bowl; set aside.

Assemble the Sliders

Line up the slider rolls on the baking sheet; then cut them in half horizontally. Set the tops aside.

Add 2-ounces of roast beef to the bottom of the roll; then top each with 1-ounce of the fresh Mozzarella cheese. Repeat for all 6 rolls.

Place the sliders on the baking sheet; then cook ⏱️ 5 minutes until the cheese starts to melt. Remove from the oven; then drizzle the brown gravy on top of each sandwich.

Add the top of the roll to each slider; then brush with the buttery seasoning mixture. Place the pan back in the oven for another ⏱️ 5 minutes or until the cheese has fully melted and the tops of the buns are lightly toasted.
