Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, add the onion and cook until tender, about ⏱️ 5-8 minutes.

Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, sprinkle the flour in, mix and cook for a minute.

Add the broth, corned beef, sauerkraut, Worcestershire sauce, and caraway seeds, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about ⏱️ 15-20 minutes.

Add the cream, season with salt and pepper.
