Fill a pint glass with ice then add 1 ounce red velvet syrup and .5 ounce cupcake syrup. Top with Sprite, leaving room for the cold foam. Gently stir with a bar spoon to mix.

In another glass, add .5 ounces cupcake syrup, 3 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons whole milk, and .5 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk.
