Simply place everything in a food processor.

Give it a good whizz until well combined.

Use a tablespoon to scoop out balls of the mixture.

Roll in your hands before placing on a baking tray.

Once you have all of your balls on the tray, squish each one down to form a biscuit shape.

Leave in the fridge to set for at least an hour before enjoying.
