Add chick peas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and seasoning mix to a food processor.

Add in 1/4 cup water then blend mixture until it is smooth, about ⏱️ 4 minutes, while adding in more water to thin as desired.

Note that the dip will thicken as it's sits and once it is chilled, you can thin with more water as needed.

Plate and swirl then drizzle in more olive oil and garnish with parsley if desired. Store in refrigerator.
