Cut beef in 1 inch cubes. Marinate with soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and black pepper for ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Cut garlic in thin slices and fry garlic in oil on medium heat. Keep stirring the garlic until its golden. Set garlic chips aside.

Fry the marinated beef in the garlic oil for ⏱️ 2 minutes on medium high heat. The beef will be medium cooked. Then set aside.

Cook both instant ramen in boiling water until noodles are tender. Strain most of the water. Leave very little water (3-4 tbs) in the pot and add half of both seasoning packets. Personally, adding all of the seasoning in both of the packets is too salty for me.

Add all the veggie packets from the instant ramen and stir well until all the sauce is incorporated in the noodles. Then add your beef back in.

Top the instant ramen with the garlic chips and sliced green onions. Hope you enjoy!
