Add the milk of your choice, Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and pumpkin puree to a medium-sized bowl.

Stir well until everything is combined and smooth.

Add the chia seeds and oats.
