Place a pan of salted water over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Once boiling, add the pumpkin and cook for ⏱️ 10-15 minutes until soft. Once soft, remove from the heat and drain.

Place the pumpkin into a blender, along with the drained chickpeas, drained butter beans, garlic cloves, tahini (or almond butter), maple, cumin, paprika, lemon juice and a good pinch of salt.
