*If using pre bought tostadas you can skip this step*Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add in corn tortillas and cook for ⏱️ 2 minutes on each side or until they start to get golden brown and crispy. Set aside on a paper towel lined plate.

Spread about 1/4 cup of refried beans on top of each tostada.

Then top each with (1/4 cup) pulled pork, (1/4 cup) pico de Gallo and eggs.Serve with hot sauce if desired and enjoy!
