📝 Preparation Steps
1
For the Buffalo-ranch sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, chives, dill, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
2
For the pretzel bites: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with paper towels. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.

3
In a medium saucepan, bring 5 cups water to a boil.
4
On a lightly floured surface, roll each dough ball into a 4-inch rope. Use a bench scraper or a knife to cut the dough into four 1-inch pieces.
5
Add the baking soda to the boiling water (it will bubble up). Working in batches, drop the pretzel bites in the water for about ⏱️ 15 seconds, then use a slotted spoon or spider to transfer them to the paper towel-lined baking sheet.
6
When all the pretzel bites have been boiled, divide them between the greased baking sheets. Brush the pretzel bites with the beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake until golden brown, 10 to ⏱️ 12 minutes.
