Prepare Salsa Verde Pork according to directions.

Prepare Salsa Verde Ranch Crema by whisking together all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

When ready to serve, add one tablespoon of olive oil to a large cast iron skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Once very hot, add bell peppers, onion, and all spices listed beneath bell peppers. Sauté for ⏱️ 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in 1/2 tablespoon lime juice.
