Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Saute the pork chops until just cooked all the way through and golden brown on both sides, about ⏱️ 2-4 minutes per side and set aside.

Melt the butter in the pan over medium heat.

Add the onions and saute until tender, about ⏱️ 5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, flour, paprika, dill, salt and pepper and stir.

Add the stock and deglaze the pan.

Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream and dill.
