Start by bringing the pizza dough to room temperature; then preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Drizzle some olive oil onto a baking sheet; then stretch out the dough until it's rectangular in shape.

Spread the sauce over the dough; leaving a 1-inch border around the sides. Top the sauce with cheese, oregano and garlic powder; then roll the dough towards you forming a log.

Pinch the ends together to seal in the cheese; then place seam side down on the baking sheet. Spray the top generously with cooking spray; then bake ⏱️ 20 minutes or until the top is puffed up and golden brown.

Remove the Stromboli from the oven, cool for ⏱️ 5 minutes; then slice into twelve pieces. Place on a serving platter and serve hot.
