Preheat oven to 220°C fan / 460°F. Lightly oil a baking tray. Shape the dough into a rectangle directly on the tray, using your fingertips.

Spread the dough with the cashew cream (see dough recipe for details on this).

Place the courgette, artichoke hearts and minced garlic in a large bowl and toss to combine. The residual oil on the artichokes should be enough to dress all of the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, to taste; arrange on top of the cashew cream. Bake for about ⏱️ 15 minutes, until the crust is dark golden brown. Transfer to a cutting board using a spatula and top with fresh basil.
