In a large mixing bowl or pyrex cup, add the gelatin and water together. Stir until gelatin is fully dissolved.

Add the whipped vodka and stir to combine.

Place 18 jello shot cups on a baking tray or in a baking dish. Distribute the liquid among them. Secure the lids and place in the refrigerator for at least ⏱️ 3 hours to set.

Right before serving, top with an unwrapped Starburst candy. Enjoy!
