Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil for easy clean up and set a rack on top. Drizzle olive oil over filets, and coat both sides well. Season all sides of salmon with salt and black pepper.

Arrange the salmon filets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Evenly spread 1 tablespoon pesto over each filet and top each filet with 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake until the cheese is toasted and salmon is opaque, flaky, and reaches 145 degrees on a digital thermometer, about 15 to ⏱️ 20 minutes.
