Brush the inner flesh of the spaghetti squash with oil, season with salt and pepper and roast, skin side up, in a preheated 400F/200C oven until tender, about ⏱️ 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook half of the pepperoni in a small sauce pan, add the pizza sauce and half of the olives and warm.

When the spaghetti squash is done, flake it with a fork, mix in the sauce, and place it back into the squash shells.

Top with the cheeses, the remaining pepperoni, and olives and return to the oven and cook until the cheese melts, about ⏱️ 5-10 minutes.
