Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Gather two bowls. In one bowl, whisk the egg whites and syrup; in the other bowl combine the pecans and breadcrumbs.

First, dip your chicken into the egg mixture; then into the breadcrumb mixture. Place the chicken on a baking sheet either sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Repeat for all pieces of chicken; then spray the tops with the cooking spray.
