Peanut Butter Mousse
Creamy, fluffy peanut butter mousse (and this chocolate mousse too!) are no-bake summer desserts that get made frequently. This is the perfect after-dinner treat!

Place 1 cup of cream in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until firm peaks form, about ⏱️ 2-3 minutes. Transfer the whipped cream to a small bowl and set aside.

Combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla in the same mixing bowl used for whipped cream. Beat until smooth, about ⏱️ 2 minutes. Add the powdered sugar and cornstarch and beat again, for about ⏱️ 1 minute.

Slowly add the remaining ¼ cup of cream while beating until smooth and creamy, about ⏱️ 30 seconds. Use a spatula to gently stir in the reserved whipped cream until combined.

Scoop the mousse into individual cups or a large serving dish. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with sliced bananas, hot fudge, crushed cookies, or whipped cream, if desired before serving.
