Peanut Butter Banana Freezer Bites
This is barely a recipe – but we’re here for it! These freezer bites are a fun, feel-good snack, perfect to whip up with children during the school holidays. Made with just a handful of whole ingredients, they’re naturally sweet, full of flavour and totally free from ultra-processed foods.

Line a small baking tray that will fit in your freezer with baking parchment. Arrange the banana slices on a tray in a single layer.

Add ½ teaspoon of peanut butter to each banana slice, then press a raspberry on top of each one, so that it lies on its side.

Gently melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave on a low heat. Use a teaspoon to drizzle 1–2 teaspoons of melted chocolate over each bite – try to cover as much as possible, but don’t worry if they’re not covered completely.

Freeze for at least ⏱️ 2 hours, ideally overnight, until firm. Once frozen, peel the bites off the parchment and enjoy straight from the freezer.
