Peanut Butter & Raspberry Porridge
Porridge is such a delicious, warming way to start the day, but the flavours in this peanut butter & raspberry porridge recipe make our standard bowl so much more delicious. The oats are cooked with peanut butter, cacao nibs, almond milk and a pinch of salt, so they absorb all the flavours as they simmer and end up tasting just incredible. They’re then topped with a warm raspberry compote for sweetness and an extra dollop of creamy peanut butter. So good!

Place a pan over a medium heat.

Add the raspberries, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and a dash of water.

Cook for ⏱️ 5-10 minutes, stirring until it forms a thick mixture.

While the compote is cooking; place the oats, milk, cacao nibs and peanut butter in a pan over a medium heat.

Cook for around ⏱️ 5-8 minutes until smooth and creamy. Adding a dash more almond milk if it ever becomes too thick.

Once your compote is cooked, spoon a dollop on top of the porridge before serving.
