Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until pea-sized crumbs are formed.

Reserve 2 cups of the crumb mixture for the topping and press the remainder into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for ⏱️ 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

Filling Instructions

While the crust is baking, cream together the sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add the eggs, milk, flour, vanilla, and salt and beat to combine. Gently stir in the peaches.

Remove the crust from the oven and gently pour the peach filling onto the crust. Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
