While potatoes are baking, use the same bowl to toss the chicken breasts with 2 Tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, ⅓ cup grated parmesan, breadcrumbs, cracked pepper, and sea salt until well coated.

Once potatoes have had their head start, carefully remove the pan from the oven. Add the coated chicken to the middle of the pan. Toss the trimmed green beans with 1 Tbsp olive oil, minced garlic, optional 1 Tbsp parmesan, salt, and pepper, then add them to the final third of the pan.
