Start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F; then spray cooking spray into an oven safe baking dish. Gather two shallow bowls for breading.

Combine the cheese, garlic powder and rosemary into one shallow bowl. In the second bowl, add the eggs and whisk.

Dip each pork chop first into the eggs; then into the cheese mixture; then place into the baking dish. Repeat for all; then spray the tops of the pork chops with cooking spray.

Place the dish in the oven and bake until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145 degrees F. (This will take approximately ⏱️ 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the pork).

Remove from the oven, allow to rest for ⏱️ 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
