For a 6-serving punch, combine 12 oz. gin, 3 oz. dry vermouth, 3 oz. fresh grapefruit juice, 3 oz. fresh lemon juice, 3 oz. rich demerara syrup (2:1), ½ oz. allspice dram, and 6 dashes orange bitters in a large bowl with fresh ice and stir. Top with 6 oz. chilled seltzer and stir again gently. If using large-format ice, let sit for ⏱️ 10 minutes and stir again before serving. Garnish with grapefruit and lemon slices and serve in ice-filled cups.
