Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.

Add milk chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and heat in ⏱️ 30 second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth. If they are having trouble melting, add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.

Pour onto prepared cookie sheet and spread flat - make sure it's at least 1/4-inch thick. (Don't spread it the entire size of the cookie sheet.) Sprinkle with chopped Oreos. Chill for ⏱️ 10 minutes.
