Orange Teriyaki Salmon

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add salmon filets and cook β±οΈ 3-4 minutes on each side until desired doneness. (Don't forget to remove skin before serving)

Meanwhile add soy sauce, water, brown sugar, vinegar and orange juice to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Add cornstarch and water to a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture to the sauce and simmer until thickened, β±οΈ 2-3 minutes.
