Preheat the oven to 300°F. Combine the cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl and beat to combine. Add the vanilla. While beating, add 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of flour. Repeat until all of the eggs, sugar, and flour are used.

Lightly brush a 12-cup bundt pan, or (2) 6-cup bundt pans, with vegetable oil and then pour the batter into it. Bake for ⏱️ 70-90 minutes until a toothpick tests clean. (See note below for specific baking times for different pans.)
