Mix 1¼ cups mayonnaise, ¼ cup spicy brown mustard, 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley, 2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest, 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. finely chopped drained capers, 1 tsp. prepared horseradish, 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning, ½ tsp. freshly ground pepper, ½ tsp. sugar, ½ tsp. hot sauce (preferably Tabasco), ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce, and 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped, in a small bowl to combine. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Do Ahead: Sauce can be made 1 week ahead. Keep chilled.
