Combine the mezcal, orange juice, blood orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, grenadine and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for ⏱️ 8 seconds.

Combine equal parts chili powder and salt on a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip in the chili salt to coat.
