Oaty Breakfast Bites
These oaty breakfast bites are great to make ahead and enjoy on those really busy mornings. The oat base tastes delicious with the creamy almond butter, a hint of cinnamon and the sweetness from the dates. We like to make 12 bites to enjoy throughout the week but you can make them however big or small you like.

Place the dates, oats, almond butter and cinnamon into a food processor and blend until a thick, sticky mixture forms.

Add the raisins and blitz quickly to mix through.

Scoop equal amounts of the mixture out of the blender and shape into balls using your hands. Cover and place the balls in the fridge until ready to enjoy - these should last a few weeks.
