Oaty Breakfast Biscuits
Since oats are such a breakfast staple, we thought we'd incorporate them into an easy on-the-go biscuit. The ground almonds give amazing texture here, and the maple syrup and cinnamon make them perfectly sweet.

📝 Preparation Steps

Place the oats into a food processor and pulse until they reach a flour like consistency.

Add in the ground almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon and coconut oil and pulse again until they come together to form a dough.

Use your hands to roll the dough into one large ball and place into the fridge for ⏱️ 30 minutes.

After ⏱️ 30 minutes, preheat the oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F and lightly sprinkle a clean work surface with flour. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.

Roll the dough out until ½ cm thick and use a scone cutter or glass to cut out biscuit shapes.

Once you’ve used all of the dough, place the biscuits onto your prepared baking tray and cook for ⏱️ 10-15 minutes until golden.
