Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
(13g) granulated sugar (may use honey)1 tablespoonbaking soda2 teaspoons(30ml) oil (vegetable/canola or olive oil)2 tablespoons

Add the water, oil and buttermilk and beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer until thick and smooth.

Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake for ⏱️ 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out almost clean from the center of the crack.
