Pour the heavy cream into a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Add the condensed milk, vanilla extract, applesauce and cinnamon. Mix by hand until just blended. Don't over mix or the cream will become "soupy".

Add the mixture to a container (I used a loaf pan) and cover tightly with plastic wrap; then freeze for a minimum of ⏱️ 2-4 hours before serving.
