Place the unsweetened coconut cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Process until completely smooth.

Secure the lid and freeze the pint on a level surface for at least ⏱️ 24 hours until solid.

Remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami.

Install the Creamerizer paddle onto the outer bowl lid and lock it in place on the machine.

Press the ICE CREAM button and process. If the texture is crumbly, add a tablespoon of coconut milk and use the RE-SPIN function.
