Mushroom 'Meatball' Wrap
We adore the contrast of the harissa-spiked sauce with the refreshingly creamy coconut yoghurt as it dresses our favourite mushroom ''meatballs'. With the addition of lots of crunchy, fresh veggies enveloped in the wrap, it makes for a crave-worthy lunch you can pack up and take with you.

In a small bowl, combine the walnut-red pepper sauce with the harissa. Stir until combined.

Spread the sauce onto the middle of the wrap. Spread the coconut yoghurt on top. Arrange the baked meatballs, cherry tomatoes, mint leaves, salad leaves and pickled pinks on top. Roll up tightly, tucking in the ends as you roll up. Serve wrap immediately or store in a container for lunchtime.
