Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch in a bowl.

Add the pork strips.
pork (cut into strips)1 pound

Cook the egg like and omelette. (I cooked the egg in a non-stick pan.)

When the egg is cook enough to handle cut it into strips.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about ⏱️ 30 seconds.

Add the pork and saute until cooked.

Add the cabbage, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and bean sprouts and cook until the cabbage starts to wilt.

Remove from the heat.

Place some of the pork mixture on a mu shu shell add some hoisin sauce and wrap.
